- As per Common Yoga Protocol prepared by Ministry of AYUSH for International Day of Yoga
- Neti, Tratak, Ujjaye Pranayam
- Classes related to life management and preventive health

- Candidates will get Soft copy of Yoga Volunteer Certification by Yoga Certification Board under Ministry of AYUSH as per sample certificate given above.
